Le Verger Furniture is:

Handmade;
thereby sizes are approximate and given as a guide only.

Imported -
the furniture is made in Indonesia.

Made from
solid mahogany throughout, the botanical species of the timbers used is
classed as ‘mahogany of Indonesia’.
-
Varnished in
nitrocellulose.
-
Coloured in
one of two stains - Cherry or Mahogany. The colour must be
specified at the time of order.
Please note:
-
As the
furniture is made from solid wood, there may be slight colour variations
between individual pieces.
-
Wood is a
natural product it has knots and imperfections which may be visible in
the furniture, this adds to the individual character of the pieces.
-
Although
the timbers used are kiln dried, extreme temperatures, can cause the
wood to contract.
The Upholstery:
-
The
furniture is upholstered in the United Kingdom.
-
The fabrics
used conform to BS 2542 and the BS 2543 fire retardancy regulations.
-
The
materials that are included in the listed price are Jacquard Chenille’s
and compose of 39% polyester, 37% viscose and 24% cotton.
Payments:
-
A deposit of
30% is required at the time of order.
-
The balance
is payable before the goods leave Le Verger.
-
You will
receive an invoice for the remaining balance when the goods are ready to
be dispatched.

The prices
listed are inclusive of TVA (VAT) at 19.6%.

Payments are
to made in euros or sterling as shown in our price list.
-
We accept
euro payments in cash, by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card.
-
We accept
sterling payments by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card.
-
All major
credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are paid in Euros via
Paypal, please note that this incurs a 3.5% surcharge.

Cheques are
to be made payable to SARL Le Verger.
-
Pound
sterling cheques must clear before the goods leave Le Verger.
-
Under the
clause of law number 80335 from 12/05/1980, ordered goods remain the
property of Le Verger until full payment has been received.
-
Under the
clause of attribution, in any case of litigation, the tribunal of 23000
Guéret, France is the only court where proceedings will take place.
Furniture Delivery:
-
We do not
undertake delivery. However, we can make all of the arrangements on your
behalf with a third-party firm.
-
We will
provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order. This will be
confirmed approximately 1-3 weeks before the furniture is ready for
collection/delivery.

The cost of
the delivery is not included in the listed prices unless otherwise
stated.

Immediate
delivery quotations are available on request.
